John Skeet - Managing Director (metallurgist, F.AusIMM, CP) – 30+ years (12 years in Mexico) John graduated from the University of Ballarat with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Metallurgy) degree and has over 30 years of experience in the mining and resources sector managing and developing mining projects in Australia, Republic of Georgia and Mexico. ASX company director and officer.
Initially worked in operations including The Granites, Mt. Leyshon and Cosmo Howley gold mines before joining Valdora Minerals NL (later William Resources Inc.) as the Project Manager for the Ballarat East Open Pit Gold Project, pouring first gold in over 80 years, then as General Manager for the Australian operations. From 1997 to 2007 he was Projects General Manager for Bolnisi Gold NL, developing the first gold heap leach operation in the Republic of Georgia, managing the BFS for Ocampo, and commencing construction at Palmarejo in Mexico, prior to the $1.3Bn take-over of Bolnisi by Coeur in 2007. In 2008 he joined Kings Minerals NL (later Cerro Resource NL) as Chief Operating Officer and managed the re-evaluation and DFS for the Cerro del Gallo project prior to the takeover by Primero Mining in 2013. After a period of consulting and evaluating projects in northern Australia, John returned to Mexico in 2016. In 2017 he cofounded Sun Minerals Pty Ltd to acquire the option to explore the Copalquin district. He is the Principal of Trimin Pty Ltd, which has provided consulting services to the Resources Industry and is a Fellow of the AUSIMM and a Chartered Professional. He has authored and contributed to NI43-101 compliant technical reports and can act as a QP under the current Canadian reporting requirements. John is currently a director of Bonito Minerals Pty Ltd.
Hall Stewart - Exploration Director (geologist CPG, PG) - 30+ years (20 years in Mexico) experienced in locating, managing and funding exploration projects in Mexico. From 1996 through 2002 Hall was Project Geologist for a number of companies at Ocampo, Chihuahua, Mexico including four years as Chief Geologist for Gammon Lake Resources, Inc. Ocampo became one of Mexico's most important silver mines.
In January 2003 Hall started Man on Foot Exploration, Ltd. with a grubstake from Bolnisi Gold, N.L. Man on Foot's discovery oriented fieldwork resulted in the recommendation to Bolnisi Gold to acquire the Palmarejo property in southern Chihuahua, Mexico. Palmarejo is now Coeur’s flagship project holding the fort for one of America's largest silver producers.
Hall cofounded Commonwealth Silver and Gold Mining Inc. and Puno Gold Corp. with both companies being successfully vended into Canadian public companies. Hall is highly experienced with geologic mapping and GIS, bilingual project management (English/Spanish), design and management of exploration drill programs, 3D modelling in Surpac, GIS analysis and development and community relations. He has authored and contributed to NI43-101 compliant technical reports and can act as a QP under the current Canadian reporting requirements.
Dudley Leitch – Executive Chairman (geologist) – 40+ years (9 years in Mexico) developing projects and running ASX mining/exploration companies in Australia, Mexico, USA. ASX company MD and Director.
Dudley graduated in Science, majoring in Geology and Mineralogy from the University of Queensland. After successful activities in the petroleum sector including identifying the large coal bed methane reserves of the Northern Bowen Basin, which are currently being advanced by several large listed companies, Dudley moved into minerals exploration. He was responsible for the development of the Nagambie gold mine in Victoria from exploration to production in less than two years. In 1991, he restructured Valdora Minerals and as Managing Director and major shareholder, developed the Ballarat East Gold Mine in Victoria and the Rusters Roost Gold Mine in the Northern Territory before the takeover of Valdora by William Resources of Canada in 1996. He was a director and major shareholder of Perseverance Corporation and Mogul Mining NL from 1994 to 1999. Mr Leitch was Managing Director and major shareholder of Kings Minerals NL from 2001 to 2009 and Director of its subsidiary, San Anton Resource Corporation, which acquired and explored the Cerro del Gallo gold/silver project in Mexico and the Kalman Molybdenum/Copper project in Queensland. Mr Leitch was a non-executive director and major shareholder of Bolnisi Gold NL from 1998 (and director of its subsidiary Palmarejo Silver and Gold Corporation from 2005) until the $1.3Bn take-over of Bolnisi Gold by Coeur in 2007. Dudley is currently a director of Bonito Minerals Pty Ltd.
Garry Thomas - Director (civil engineer) – 40+ years (6 years in Mexico) Garry is a Civil Engineer and has over 40 years of experience in civil construction, mine development and operations. He has been involved in the implementation of mining operations in Australia, Indonesia, FSU, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Algeria, Mexico and Mali, and has managed construction and commissioning of over 20 CIL/CIP, flotation and heap leach plants in Australasia, Russia and Africa, as well as many plant upgrades.
He was previously a Director of Elemental Minerals Ltd and in that role was involved in the initial identification and negotiations to secure the Sintoukola Potash Project. He is also the founding Managing Director of Intermet Engineering Pty Ltd, a minerals processing engineering company since its inception in Australia in 2001 to its sale to Sedgman Metals in 2008. Intermet’s clients included First Quantum Minerals, Bolnisi Gold, Anvil Mining and Jabiru Metals. Garry is currently a non executive director of Oakajee Corporation.
Ricardo Rodriguez - Project Manager (Geologist). Ricardo is a professional geologist with 17 years experience on exploration projects throughout Mexico including permitting and developing a privately owned mine in Guanajuato state. Ricardo first worked with the directors at Cerro del Gallo in Guanajuato when Kings Minerals drilled over 100,000m. Ricardo has extensive geological mapping experience in the Sierra Madre Occidental mineral province.
Manuel Fragoso - Geological Foreman. Manuel is local to the area and for 30 years has been involved in all aspects of exploration, mining, processing and assay laboratory management in Copalquin and the nearby La Dura mine.
